CONSIDERING the Administration to finish the term of dr.
Giuseppe Petralia, referred to in Decree 286 of May 6, 2010, to make

GIVEN that the tasks previously conferred to Dr. Joseph Petralia
have been carried out with the full and satisfactory achievement of the objectives assigned
in orders for assignment and general guidelines on action
Administration issued annually by the Minister;
DECREED
Article 1
object of the Article. 19, paragraph 5a of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, No 165, and
subsequent amendments and additions to the dr. Giuseppe Petralia, born in
Calascibetta (EN) November 4, 1948, Tax Code: PTRGPP48S04B381E,
second level manager, is assigned the task of managing the seventeenth
- Territory and the Province of MILAN (office classified II level),
part of the Regional School for Lombardy,
the Ministry of Education, University and Research. Article 2 Objectives related
the assignment
1. Dr. Giuseppe Petralia, in 'carrying out their duties under Article. 1
ensure the performance of the functions and duties provided for that office by DM
29 December 2009 and in particular: a.
assistance, advice and support to independent schools for administrative and accounting procedures;
b. management of the rankings for the recruitment of school personnel and employment contracts;
c. support and advice to schools to design and innovation of training and integration with other local actors;
d. gestione dello stato giuridico del personale docente educativo ed ATA con contratto a tempo indeterminato appartenente ai ruoli provinciali e con
contratto a tempo determinato, compresi i provvedimenti di riconoscimento, computo, riscatto e ricognizione di servizi e periodi contributivi pregressi ai fini del trattamento previdenziale ai sensi, dell’art. 14 del D.P.R. 8.3.1999 n. 275;
e. mobilità territoriale e professionale del personale docente, educativo ed ATA;
f. utilizzazioni ed assegnazioni provvisorie del personale docente educativo ed
ATA nel rispetto dei contratti integrativi nazionali e regionali;
g. definizione degli organici della Provincia di Milano, sulla base del contingente
assegnato dall’Ufficio VI dell'USR Lombardy
h. discipline of school staff belonging to the roles of the province of Milan
;
i. relations with the unions and unitary with the trade union
territorial division of ministries.
j. Support and develop networks of schools and provincial groups to study
established by the General Manager for the implementation of development programs
of school and activities
information and training on new systems and curricula.
2. With directives issued during the term of this appointment, also under Article
. 14, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No 165/01, may be determined eventuali
ulteriori obiettivi da conseguire e potranno essere dettagliati, anche con riferimento a indicatori
quantitativi, gli obiettivi indicati dal comma precedente.
3. Nel quadro della definizione degli obiettivi annuali il dott. Giuseppe PETRALIA provvederà
inoltre alla formulazione di specifiche proposte sui programmi di attività.
Art. 3
Incarichi aggiuntivi
Il dott. Giuseppe PETRALIA dovrà altresì attendere agli altri incarichi che saranno conferiti in
ragione della funzione, o, comunque, in relazione a specifiche attribuzioni che devono essere
espletate, ai sensi della normativa vigente, dai dirigenti dell’Amministrazione.
Art. 4
Term of
Article .19, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, No 165
and subsequent amendments and supplements in relation to the objectives assigned the task described in article 1 has
period of three years with effect from 1 March 2011.
Art.5
emoluments
The emoluments payable to Dr.. Giuseppe Petralia, in connection with the assignment given
, is defined by individual contract agreement between the same director and myself, respecting the principles set down. 24 of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, No 165, as amended and supplemented.
