Free the twentieth century of the Shoah Memorial, Boscagli: useful to involve the citizens
Un anno fa la prima pietra, oggi, per proseguire i lavori del Memoriale della Shoah di Milano, servono risorse: 4 milioni di euro oltre ai 2 già raccolti .
E' l'appello lanciato oggi dalla Fondazione Memoriale della Shoah e, in particolare, dal presidente Ferruccio De Bortoli e dal vice presidente Roberto Jarach, che hanno sottolineato come, una volta completato il progetto, Milano avrà uno spazio unico in Europe as a symbol also of a renewed dialogue. Regione Lombardia ha già destinato un milione di euro a questa iniziativa, che si avvale anche dei contributi di Comune e Provincia di Milano.
"Pur in un momento di forti tagli ai bilanci previsti dalla legge finanziaria - ha proseguito Boscagli - Regione Lombardia assicura il proprio sostegno, perché crede nel significato del Memoriale, indispensabile per far vivere la memoria nella coscienza e nella vita di ciascuno di noi. Il Memoriale è il luogo della pace e dell'incontro delle religioni".
Il Memoriale della Shoah di Milano sorge in un'area della Stazione Centrale situata al di sotto dei binari ferroviari utilizzati dai treni per il trasporto pubblico.
L'accesso è da via Ferrante Aporti. Tra il 1943 e il 1945 proprio Track 21 from the hundreds of prisoners were loaded onto freight cars lifted by a truck and transported to the track level. Vista the Law of 12 March 1999, no 68, concerning measures for the right to work for the disabled, "that art. 15, paragraph 5, provides that the amounts of administrative penalties in relation to employment required under paragraphs 1 and 4 of that article are adjusted every five years by decree of the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare;
Since the decree of Minister for Labour and Social Policy of 12 December 2005 adopted under dell'15, paragraph 5 of Law March 12, 1999, No 68, and in particular Article
. 1, paragraph 1 of the document, which will decrease 2 d) of the administrative sanctions under Article. 15, paragraph 1 of law No. 68/1999 ', respectively, up to € 578.43 and € 28.02', and 'in clause 2 of the decree that increased the administrative penalty in art. 15, paragraph 4 of Law No 68/1999, "up to € 57.17;
Considered in the absence of criteria set by express provision of law regarding the adjustment of administrative sanctions under Article. 15 subsections 1 and 4 of Law March 12, 1999, No 68, need to provide for the adjustment of the same, adopting the same criterion as the percentage change in the consumer price index for families of workers and employees occurring in the period reference, and determined by the National Institute of Statistics, already 'adopted by the previous ministerial decree;
Given that the National Institute of Statistics with a note of 26 November 2010 announced that the change in the index of consumer prices for families workers and employees in the period January 2005-January 2010, and 'was equal to + 9.8%;
