Treadmill Or Air Walker?

That great wealth

L'investimento women in education has grown over the years more than men, and education is one of the most important levers for growth within the enterprise. The percentage of girls who get high school diploma is 77% against 67% of the nineteen graduates, the percentage of those who achieve a degree is 23% compared with 17% of graduates are male. Although the investment in cultural activities has increased more in the female world and culture is a catalyst for creativity for the company, as well as a tool for personal growth, a strategic resource to build human capital, made up of information and knowledge, and capital, based on relationships, trust and credibilità.

The woman called MAC, do not miss the occasion to rethink the logistics

Il modello di sviluppo economico basato sulla piccola dimensione dell'impresa mostra delle insormontabili difficulties in international competition and the capacity for technological innovation. The paradox is that in today's society "nano" is the first element of compound words modern, from nanotechnology to nanopublishing, from nanoelectronics to nanocomputer, but applied to business changes in the endemic dwarf unable to face the new challenges of internationalization, capitalization , research and innovation.
Increasing the size of firms is an issue of real economy and first draft requires tangible and intangible investment, motivations and entrepreneurial culture of innovation. Only later implies the availability of channels that provide financial SMEs with the resources sufficient in quality and quantity to enable the growth in size. Distinguish the economic problem and financially it is useful in a historical moment in which the finance industry is likely to prevail for the simple fact that the sooner you can gain a lot in a short time, the second you can gain the right in a long time .
Recent research commissioned by the Prometeia Carisbo emerges as in Emilia-Romagna there is a problem of openness to risk capital, rather than the strength of the industrial fabric. SMEs in this region, especially those in the provinces of Bologna, Reggio Emilia and Parma, are growing faster than its competitors in both the Italian turnover that the share of exports, but still show a weakness in the financial structure.
far, the bank loan was unsuitable to support processes of innovation and change, private equity has too many hidden fears to the strategies of "way-out " chosen by the funding, the IPO has blazed a trail accessible only to mature companies. In the belief that venture capital is increasingly crucial for the growth of SMEs was born a few months ago the so-called Alternative Capital Market (MAC), an alternative trading system operated by the Italian Stock Exchange and professional investors, based on simplicity access for SMEs and a strong connection con le banche del territorio autorizzate (sponsor).
Perdere anche questa occasione potrebbe dare prova that the problem lies not in the technical characteristics of the instruments, but the inability of businesses to open cultural market in a transparent and reveal the real losses and gains.

Nausea Headache Brown Period

The culture of logistics in small and medium-sized enterprises is even the basic features of the opportunity that it is not appropriate in a very short time become one of driving forces of economic development and territorial cohesion. The low level of outsourcing of logistics functions and the tendency to search for road transport operators and local couriers are unable to provide advanced logistics solutions are just two examples of a type of demand and supply logistics estremamente frammentata.
Per recuperare il gap che ci separa dal modello di logistica che si va ovunque affermando and to adapt to the peculiarities of our productive system requires three actions.
The first concerns the transition from mere function of the logistics business in the territory where the specialized function of managing the flows into and outflow from the enterprise will be joined by experts from public planning of logistics and freight transport. In this sense we speak of production-distribution chain-institutional-territorial extended because it broadens the traditional concept of the logistics issues related to the optimization of internal and external management in the enterprise customer and supplier relationships to aspects of decision making in infrastructure , physical networks and telecommunication systems in order to create economic and territorial high-performance to encourage the setting up of companies and help develop the regional economy.
The second action to be taken is to introduce the intelligent information and communication technologies can help avoid delays in the supply chain. One of these could be automatically identified by means of a radio frequency microchip that contains a unique number that is written in the silicon and universal antenna that can receive and transmit radio frequency. This type of technology but still has problems on interoperability and privacy.
And finally the last action turns his attention to the sustainability of logistics to rethink approaches because l'inquinamento dell'aria dovuto allo spostamento delle merci è uno degli effetti più invasivi della società contemporanea.

How Private Equity is not only money

The processes of globalization and the third industrial revolution, linked to the development of new technologies, we have taken on in the post-Fordist and have brought new problems with which even the business of Emilia-Romagna has difficult to confront: market expansion, stunting business, internal organization of production structures, intergenerational exchange. The answer to these three nodes can not be articulated only in financial terms, since in the main post-Fordism asset specific to the creation of corporate value is the creative work and not the capital. One of the innovative tools for growth and SME development is that of private equity funds, designed to combine the request is for new funding for a new governance with professional support and relationships that can radically change the organizational model of business.
The world of venture capital and private equity, developed in the United States since the 80's where today can count on 2.5 trillion dollars of available capital (private equity in Europe came later and is worth about 500 billion € ), is for SMEs to raise money alternative to traditional, in order to increase their size and compete in the markets. Operators of private equity and venture capital non apportano però solo capitale finanziario, ma soprattutto capitale umano. L'operazione di expansion is aimed at supporting the growth and implementation of international projects, partnerships and joint ventures in existing businesses through a capital increase. The other two operations are implemented to change the ownership, for example, in a passage of generations, and not to raise the capital. With the replacement the private equity fund replaces a part of minority shareholders. The operation allows buy out the fund to enter the venture capital firm which revealed a majority stake, thus assuming total control.
The debate about private equity is growing every day more and more alive. On one hand, Mison, averse to any form of novelty and innovation, who argue that private equity funds are the "barbarians" of the new millennium, are already the true masters of Wall Street and only recently are causing the economic geography of European countries. On the other hand, the veins, sometimes tending to endorse uncritically everything that is new, who see the only chink in private equity to return our territories to the strong industrial vocation.
With all sincerity, " what will be tomorrow I do not remember .

The new challenges of marketing

Marketing was established as a function within a company to analyze e gestire i rapporti con il mercato.
The first is the emergence of the new figure of the citizen-consumer, critical and socially responsible. The consumer passive receptor of the proposals that are on the side of production is giving way to a person who wants to consume in a critical way. With its purchase decisions and his behavior the consumer intends to help build the supply of goods and services of which it is market demand. Not just the most celebrated value for money, but want to know how that certain goods were produced during production and if the company has complied with the fundamental rights of individuals. In this regard, the economist e filosofo John Stuart Mill parlava già nell'ottocento di “ sovranità del consumatore ”.
Fino ad ora il marketing si è preoccupato della qualità codificata, ovvero quella che può essere also confirmed by a third party, and the future challenge will be to improve the quality of tacit, or that which can be determined only by the consumer, and to concentrate on techniques for communicating. For example in the world of banking services quality coded regard to contractual terms on your current account, the interest rate for a mortgage, corporate banking services , etc. ... Little attention, however, is paid to the quality implied that the availability to be received in good time by your manager, to build a relationship of trust with the bank, to have an adequate response to their needs and how to be treated by the various operators. With refer instead to the PC market as we see all the manufacturers have the same quality coded building computers with the same specifications but different levels of quality implied when we realize that we are not assisted in decent manner in both technical failures in operational difficulties.
At present there are ready-made recipes to include these two new developments in the marketing, but at least serve a key task suggested by the philosopher Bertrand Russell and that is to offer solutions but do not ask the right questions to guide future choices.

Italy Cinderella of renewable

do not need to take the side of environmentalists and skeptics to realize that the energy future of our planet is in finding affordable physical and chemical devices to harness the sun. The data show that to cope with the current global energy consumption (370 EJ in 2000) would be enough to cover about 0.1% of the earth's surface with some devices capable of transforming, with 10% efficiency, light and heat the sun's energy in . Today the Italian
surface equipped with solar panels for water heating home is 20 times lower than that of the cold Germany and 13 times lower than in Greece. In Italy in 2001 was only 7% of installed PV capacity in the EU. The delay of Italy is not just about energy solar, but in general the use of renewable resources.
In Europe, the installed wind power capacity is 40,000 MW. In Italy there is an installed capacity of 870 MW, which provides only 0.4% of national production of energy. Until now, the production of electricity grew by installing wind turbines planted on the ground ( onshore), but in recent years, wind technology has evolved dramatically mainly due to the contribution of Japanese scientists who have installed cylindrical structures, like towers and several kilometers high, anchored a few meters above the sea (offshore ) able to take advantage of the updrafts of warm air tropical areas. Why in Italy
news on nuclear energy and coal are taken, and not on renewable energy innovations are taking hold?
There would be a multiplicity of causes at stake, it is clear, however, the disproportion between the overbearing use of energy and the knowledge of it. In view of the great advantages is acknowledged that renewable energies are also disadvantages that make them today not entirely expensive than "low" price of fuel. That's why the articles were constructed incentive systems through asking the SMEs to become energy producers and not just mere consumers.
The Ministry of Environment issued the notice (published in Official Gazette No. 12 of January 16, 2007) for the promotion of renewable sources for electricity production and / or heat with which it grants to support SMEs through Mediocredito. For companies that submit their applications from next February 26 will be awarded a maximum capital contribution of 50-55% for new photovoltaic systems and 30% for wind, solar thermal and biomass.
The Ministry of Economic Development has developed in recent days the new 2007 energy bill which provides for ten years to reach 3,000 MW of installed power plants favoring those more integrated into the outer surfaces of the civil and industrial buildings. The tariffs paid for the next 20 years as a whole increased by 10% compared to those given in previous energy bill, ranging from a minimum of 0.36 euro per KWh produced by non-integrated systems with a power greater than a 20 kWp maximum of € 0.490 per kWh for systems integrated with a power between 1 and 3 kWp. Applications are made on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

finance SMEs that grow

from ordinary credit to the most sophisticated corporate banking services : This is the new transformation that will guide the relationship between regional banks and SMEs. The Italian economic system is composed mainly of SMEs that do not seem able to undertake a convincing growth path. Economists identify dimensional problem in one of the main causes of low productivity and poor competitiveness in foreign markets. The "dwarf" business is certainly linked to historical and cultural reasons, but surprisingly, the financial situation of backwardness that allows you to start a process of growth in size. On the one hand, banks should acquire knowledge and skills to offer more advanced financial services, other companies should understand that adopt an internal finance function is an investment.
This delay is evidenced by the limited use of corporate banking services , instead Abroad is the driving force for growth. The corporate banking is the collection of financial services provided by banks to businesses, from traditional to more advanced ( asset management, hedging, etc ...). Until now, the banks offered businesses the basic services: Opening a bank account, manage payments and receipts, your valuables, the provision of a loan. Especially small businesses need an expansion of supply of services to meet the competitive challenges and internationalization. One tool that can be useful in the operations of foreign trade is one-credit for export. The problem of Italian companies exporting to the guarantee of receiving payment from the importer abroad and want to settle in advance certain trade receivables. In this respect, Italy is in the public Institute for Foreign Trade Insurance Services (SACE), which offers a maximum coverage to 90% for credit provider (Italian exporter financing for the transfer of credits credits credits arising from contracts of supply deferred payments abroad) and 95% for financial credits (granted by Italian and foreign banks). Another tool is the issuance of district bonds, where the bank gets the credit for firms in a same district and provides that a bank loan will be repaid from the sale of the securities market. One of the tools is the unused ' asset management or liquidity management, which, being alien to the operating characteristics of the company and should not be run on the current account of the company, but in a portfolio with a low profile risk. The most innovative service not offered by banks and not required by enterprises, is related to hedge financial risks (hedging ). The goal of business is to protect against all risks which threaten the business management. The bank offers this type of service should identify the most threatening risks (exchange rates, fluctuations in the euro-dollar, variable interest rate, etc ...) and make hedging transactions on the market, typically derivatives. Other services income market could be counted within the corporate banking , but these are for only the giants.
Some surveys show that the choices of financing companies that have exceeded the transition between generations using the services of corporate banking more advanced. Investing in youth is not just rhetoric, but a concrete cover from the risk of inaction.

Bump On Dogs Chest Bigger

How can you reduce the cost The energy

To secure the future of humanity is necessary released in stages by the use of fossil fuels and get energy from other sources. The risk of creating irreparable damage to the environment is now plain for everyone, but the reasons "do-gooders" and "environmentalist" will never be able to convince companies to change their strategic plan. First you should go in terms of comparing the benefits and costs, by one hand, some real alternatives to improve efficiency in energy use, the other forcing companies to internalize the social and health costs arising from 'use of fossil fuels. Second will be necessary for governments to intervene with a serious pattern of incentives and disincentives to ensure that it is very convenient to seek and use new sources of alternative energy. The transition will be slow especially for technical and economic reasons: the cost of fossil fuels compared to other clean energy is still low, there are still substantial reserves available and there is a complex operation of mines, wells, pipelines difficult to replace also for the many interests at stake.
Currently, the only real source of alternative energy, clean, economical, immediate and accessible to all is the energy savings especially in the productive sector. The first challenge is to reduce fuel consumption without compromising production, but what are the practices to eliminate waste in small and medium-sized businesses? In addition to simple common sense actions, one of the most important projects is the possibility of introducing the devices to estimate (in design stage) and control (during operation) of the energy consumption of the production site to get a report on consumption energy production cycle. The goal becomes to organize the process to try to thin the possible points of "peak", where is the maximum amount of energy, defining operations on the structures, components and materials that improve the overall efficiency in the use heat and electricity. Take, for example, a complex of industries (food, agro-food, textile, paper, leather, cement, ceramics and chemistry) with higher incidence of heat consumption set at 9-11 million toe per year 2010. With the actions listed above is unrealistic to achieve a reduction in consumption of 10% or about 1 million toe, the overall efficiency of the cycle of the thermal energy grows from 60 to 67%.
The second challenge is to reduce the costs of energy consumption for the same, but at present can only be accepted by large companies who decided to make a costly structure of energy trading to go directly to the power exchange and buy packets of energy by means of sophisticated financial instruments. With the completion of the liberalization of the electricity market and natural gas SMEs will benefit from savings on expenditure on energy between 15 and 30% compared to the current one.
The energy problem can be solved only if firms take energy as a strategic variable and the public as a stimulus for a new development model that takes account of future generations. The alternative is the prediction of a Saudi said: "My father rode a camel . I drive a car. My son drives a jet plane. His son will ride a camel .

business ethics in the post-Fordism

that social responsibility to a contractor should be a cornerstone to compete in the market is well known to most people. Less known, however, are the concrete acts of translation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the post-Fordist, characterized by the prevalence of human capital on the financial or creative work on the machine. The traditional tools of CSR, the social budget to report on environmental sustainability, from paper to the ethical code of values, are still necessary but not sufficient to characterize today as a socially responsible company. Just think of Enron and Parmalat were among the first companies to adopt these systems internally so-called social accountability .
Social responsibility must be pursued in economic terms, even more than on that of equity, to increase the productivity of factors of production. I will try to justify what was said, with particular reference to CSR in relation to one of the most important subjects stakeholders, their workers.
The economic activity of an enterprise is typically offered through two major inputs: labor and capital (eg machinery). Depending on the historical stages and characteristics of the producer is different specificity the two factors. Fordist era of industrial society and the capital asset was the specific and the work was very specialized and almost completely replaced. At this historic social responsibility has been interpreted by giving entrepreneurs some of their profits to workers in the form of services. The classic example is the construction of kindergartens, gymnasiums or cafeterias within companies. In the modern era of post-Fordism and the knowledge society for creative work and has become specialized for specific asset value creation. The old practice of CSR, in truth much more related to philanthropy, not enough and in some cases do not work right. Social responsibility must be the element of innovation to create a new way of doing business that puts the focus of the person, thus increasing its productivity. The responsible entrepreneur can get the most from the worker is allowed to participate in the economic game, valuing the talents and creativity even extrapolating the last arrived. One way to do it, for example, is to invest in human capital formation to mobilize the knowledge "tacit" or not revealed because of the person linked to the inherent capabilities and operational know-how that manifests itself only when it is put in place.
To continue to be an entrepreneur today is not socially responsible enough to enter the market with more sophisticated trappings of social accountability, which have been created pathetic cultural fashions, paternalistic or services by the workers because much like telling the fox to the Little Prince of Saint -Exupéry "the essential is invisible to the eye."

2nd Birthday Invitations Sayings

With VoIP phone will cost very little

The future of telephony is on the internet and it's called VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol , that your voice travels over the Internet that recognizes assigned a unique address called IP). Some people have never heard of VoIP, but the technology has existed for more than ten years it can be called "almost" free from home or office to any other user on the fixed-line and can make quick calls to and from mobile phones at much more limited than to those of the existing mobile operators. The protagonists of this change seem to be generating between 15 and 30 years that the world spread of small and medium-sized companies, which could curb the high cost of telephone bills.
Now let's explore the mechanism of this technology, not to be confused with the multitude of gadgets given to us with interest by operators, an example among all the TV on your phone. VoIP is our voice travel over the Internet, transforming it into digital (internet is not able to directly accommodate our physical voice), increasing the speed of data transmission (being the internet connection, maybe broadband, faster than telephone normal PSTN) and decreasing the cost to carry the voice (called termination costs). Even those who have never used a computer can call via the Internet by connecting one of the modern phones that support VoIP directly to the ADSL modem router.
The VoIP operator in the world is currently more used Skype, a software used mainly in PCs to make free calls to any other user logged into another PC, a landline at a cost of € 0.0020 per minute including VAT in both Italy and abroad, or a cell phone at a cost of 0.288 € per minute including VAT. As you probably noticed the price to mobile phones is not very convenient, the new frontier of Internet telephony is to lower prices for mobile phone. The only winning combination that can do that is associated with a VoIP wireless Internet network to which the phone can connect to. These networks, called Wi-fi, may be those of public hot spots (which are in airports, stations, etc..) Wi-Max or the future (technology already applied in the U.S. that provides Internet connections over long distances). The slogan that is shaking the mobile phone market is to make "almost" for free on your mobile phone everything has always been free on the internet and cut, so the barriers of mobile services. The company certainly
VoIP agreements with leading operators to Wi-fi is just Skype, the mobile operator is the only one that recently have opened internet is three, while other players continue to hamper services such as Skype blocking the platform or the traffic one of the first handset manufacturers to have hosted the Skype application is Nokia. Although it may still appear
invasive technology, that of VoIP can be implemented at low cost especially in enterprises. The savings that can be obtained is relevant, but is still too small compared to what could be achieved if there was no tussle between phone manufacturers who would like to offer more services to you, and telephone operators who would always more to protect themselves by applying the highest rates in the world, at least in Italy.
